Launched in May 2023, the Young Min International Artist Residency Program, aims to identify and support promising young artists in Korea by providing them with opportunities for residency abroad through partnerships with leading art institutions worldwide. The inaugural group of selected artists received comprehensive support, including participation fees, airfare, accommodation, and other expenses, enabling them to attend residency and workshop programs at renowned institutions such as the Headlands Center for the Arts (USA), Echo Correspondence (Austria), and Domaine de Boisbuchet (France). Laurence Geoffrey's coordinated the program's planning and execution, overseeing the launch, promotion, selection of judges and mentors, and communication with international partners.
